Surprise, surprise, Tervis will happen this year too! This year we will sail the seas of Southern Savonia during 4–7 July. You should also remember enroll quickly when the registration starts to secure your spot!
The route of this year’s Tervis is Puumala-Sulkava-Savonlinna-Puumala.
The enrollment opens traditionally on 1 May 2024 at around midnight with impeccable, Savonian accuracy. There is a quota on the number of participants per category (vuksi/freshman, kiivis), and the remaining spots are filled based on order of registration. The quotas are in effect until 31 May 23:59 Finnish time, after which anyone can enroll. If you are vuksi or kiivis you will get a spot for sure, but do remember to enroll within May to secure your spot!
The price of the voyage will be confirmed at a later stage, but it should be around 50€ for vuksis/freshmen, 80€ for older academics and 120€ for seniors, foreign guests and people with questionable faith. The price includes a ceremonial dinner to celebrate the 70ᵗʰ tervahöyryristeily. If you aim to only participate to the Tervis 70ᵗʰ ceremonial dinner on 6 July, please fill in a separate form. Participants who take part of the full cruise DO NOT have to register for the dinner separately.
If you are unaware of how to get to Savonia, we have a more-than-merry coach that get’s the cruising crowd to where they need to be. It leaves from Helsinki on 4 July and returns to Helsinki on 7 July, and will cost about 30€ per direction (based on how many we will be in the end).
You can cancel your registration until 1 June 2024. If you cancel after this, you will be obliged to pay the full fee of everything you have enrolled to.
